"we were surprised by this restaurant ppr his new and unexpected letter in this not very large village of the vera. We expected more suitable food to the area: iberian sausages and pork, etc. and we found a short but succulent and attractive menu of cooked. They put a tomato cap of the town, all of them with salt, oil and oregano, which were dead. then already in the letter we order, some tomatoes, on cheese and ham nuts: different and surprising; cod salad, very good; assorted of chrome, very creamy; puerros with vinegar of cava, superrefescantes; low temperature panceta served in lettuce leaf with several sauces, very rich but would have been of better if, Finally, an Iberian pork tataki, very rich but with too much salsa that masked the quality of the meat. with alcohol-free drinks for drivers and a wine from the very rich area, we went out to euros per person (we were staff treatment was excellent and, in addition, we were alone in a lounge on the first floor, as at home!. If it hadn't been because we went back to Madrid, it was the perfect place for an envelope with tertulia. Of course, it's a good stop."

We were at the well house in the early summer and I didn't want to stop recommending it. the food is made with a lot of mime and surprise, the terrace is a very nice place and that tamoco you wait inside the village and finally an excellent attention. From the very first moment we feel at home. We will come back very soon!

Right, we ate two, we ordered the saladilla, zamburiñas and the rice with a kid. all spectacular, even the bread impressed us of how rich it was. dessert, cheesecake and chocolate coulant, and yes, desserts remained a success. worth every euro that costs. to highlight, the restaurant is located in an old house that still keeps part of the structure of the old house, as example the bathroom with bathtub.

It was a good experience. We were already well guided by the opiums we had read, but the reality was even better. the letter is not very long (as explained by the great jose antonio, it renews it a lot) but everything is based on quality and closeness ingredients with an excellent and modern execution. all delicious and at your point. the service very good, taking care of the details as for example the sequence of the dishes or the quality of the bread. we will definitely come back.
