"It 's an average restaurant, not too far from the Duomo di Milano. We visited as a group of friends, relying on a review we found on Google Maps. Upon arrival, we noticed the front door was closed, but a sign said 'we are always open, ' so we just had to knock. It seemed that the owner selectively chose his clients. His behavior was a bit strange. However, given the restaurant 's prime location and likely influx of tourists, this behavior might be understandable. This restaurant doesn 't need many customers. The owner only lets in those willing to pay premium prices. Additionally, he seems to like attractive women and instantly keeps saying 'Bellisima, ' which might make some female travellers uncomfortable. During our lunch visit, we were surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty, causing me to question our choice. Nevertheless, if you prefer a quiet dining experience, this spot would suit you perfectly. Looking at the menu, we realised why there weren 't many locals there. The prices were higher compared to similar places in Milan. Despite that, the owner was friendly and the food was really good. The pasta carbonara was probably the best we had in Milan."
