"After spending months and months to agonize on the choice of 5 restaurants I hoped they would please the 5 family members (including 10 and 7-year-old granddaughters) who came for the first time to bet, I asked them what their favorite restaurant was (3 of the choices were old favorites and 2 were new choices.) Philippe's cuisine was by far the blow of heart! I was thrilled because it was a bet because we had never eaten there and the girls had never even eaten souffed! They started to share a cheese blown and loved it while adults died of joy with the lobster blowers to the tarragon. then place to the ravioli of langoustines and to the wine ****. the wine from the house to the glass was superb and the black chocolate and toffee blown for dessert finished the meal and all put us in such a state of happiness that we would have wished to return every night. we have you on our repeat!!!! list for our next betting trip that looks like 2018."

Everything's good. lobster bisque, duck magret, langoustin ravioli, caramel butter blown, rhubarb blown. A real delight. and all this very reasonable in price. We'll come back for sure.

I went there with high expectations. They've been filled. philippe offers a good and pleasant service. Roasted veal kidneys and blown to the grand marnier for dessert. high quality ingredients and preparation, good service and pleasant frame. Good price.

pleasant and well maintained environment; friendly and helpful service. they have a menu at 40th (flat entrance dessert) and one at 35th (two dishes.) just good food. the most famous dish is the blown, declined in all points from the entrance to the dessert. I'd go back there without hesitation!

ideal place to live an authentic French experience. Philippe specializes in blown. We tried to blow them with cheese, truffle, chocolate and pistachio and everything was impeccable! This is our must-see place to bet. Make sure you book in advance by phone and check the opening days to avoid disappointment.

I randomly chose this restaurant near the Luxembourg garden for lunch among the few opened on Monday. I'm so happy with the blown. I ordered a three-service box: a blown at the entrance, fish in main dish and a blown at the grand marnier for dessert. A very nice place. at the end of the lunch, the chef goes out in the room and meets and discusses personally with the visitors at each table. The restaurant is very small, so you have to book in advance.
