"We wanted to test this brand. The burger (bacon cheese) is very good with good products. But then the overcooked fries and the bottom of the tank with only small bits we didn't finish them. The children's menu no longer has crunches so there is no choice but to have nuggets. What also lowers the bill is the friendliness of the cashier, no polite words. “A first name” without a please... we feel like we're bothering her... You have to change jobs if you don't like customer contact. It's a shame because with good products the rating could be higher. The people in front of us, 2 fruit juices for the children were missing, the cashier questioned the customer while we saw with our eyes that she only gave him one out of the 3. He had to insist several times so that she would give him what he had paid for and all that while making a funeral face and blowing. I know that finding staff is not easy but you have to be selective all the same. With friendlier staff and less burnt fries the overall rating could have been 4 or even 4.5 for the burger."
