"Una cena di lavoro sorprendente in una location che mi ha messo a mio agio, tutta Giallorossa! ne avevo sentito parlare ma devo dire che mi ha colpito tanto, si mangia come in una vera fraschetta dei castelli romani. L'antipasto mi è piaciuto infinitamente con tutti salumi dalle coppiette alla coppa di testa e soprattutto la regina porchetta con la crosta fantastica, più crostini con lardo di colonnata bruschettine varie e olive verdi giganti e tanto altro. Il tris di primi arriva in padelline e ovviamente sono i classici Cacio e pepe, Amatriciana e Carbonara . Servizio alla romana super simpatico e veloce, prezzo onesto. Fantastici grazie a presto"
