My brother took a parmentier at the duck's confit. He realizes that betting meat is clearly not just duck. He asks the waiter who supports him Mordicus that it's duck only. At least we insist that he have the honesty to tell us. He's going to see the chief, and he's going to come back and say it's a beef and duck mix, 70-30 tells us. I don't think it's fair not to mention it on the map. I know that the weather is hard for the restaurateurs, but it's still disappointing to have the impression of being fooled"
