"La cena é stata una vera e propria esperienza culinaria. Ho provato la degustazione mare e terra. La cura dei dettagli mi ha lasciato davvero impressionato. Innanzitutto la location, arredata con gusto e con un ambiente molto riservato e confortevole. Ogni piatto sembrava un 'opera d 'arte, non solo perché buonissimo; il bilanciamento dei sapori sembrava calibrato al millimetro , si sentiva la sinergia tra ogni singolo ingrediente. Anche l 'impiattamento era molto coreografico e piacevole alla vista. Il tutto accompagnato da un servizio magistrale. La cameriera , infatti, é stata per tutto il tempo molto professionale, ci ha dato anche degli ottimi consigli nella scelta del vino e spiegato con attenzione ogni singolo piatto. Soprattutto, fattore per me piú importante di tutti, sono stato a mio agio durante tutta la mia permanenza al ristorante. Sono decisamente soddisfatto e contento di questa esperienza e mi sento di consigliarla a chiunque sia interessato o abbia la passione per questo tipo di esperienze, oppure a chi come me, ne é incuriosito."

"Rosa Maria was an absolute delight! She made great suggestions for food, wine and dessert which were on point with what i wanted my experience to be. The presentation, the quality and the overall experience was certainly 5 Stars Worthy! Let me be the first to say that No dish in the entire menu is more than €18, so anyof the reviews that say other wise or that say the price is too high... It isn't. I had the Penne Primavera, Mix Salad, Sparkling water, Glass of Chardonnay, and the Pistachio icecream and the total was €29.00 I couldn't be happier with my experience, the price and most certainly the Food! I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to come and enjoy the Great Food!"

"Ottimo pranzo di Pasqua. Unica cosa che ha lasciato a desiderare è stata il dolce, un po' troppo misero rispetto al resto. Buonissima la pasta fresca con triglia e finocchietto, ma anche il salmone arrostito con purea di patate. Il locale ospitava forse troppe persone, perciò all'interno si faticava a passare e a sentirsi parlando."

"Last night, recommended by acquaintances, we decided to have pizza in this place. We opted for 2 pinsas, one with cherry tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, mozzarella and raw ham, and the other with bacon, mozzarella, pistachio pesto and I don't remember if there was anything else. And then a Margherita pizza so you can also taste the classic pizza. As a true Roman, I can safely say that pinsa have nothing to envy of the traditional ones, on the contrary... perhaps they are even better. The same goes for pizza. Ingredients of very good quality, excellent dough with long leavening. While we waited for the preparation which was very quick, the pizza chef who I believe was also the owner, explained to us with great care how he works his dough and the attention in choosing the raw materials. Vote 10!!! Both for the products they offer and for the education, friendliness, professionalism and friendliness of those who work there. A truly pleasant experience and certainly a point of reference for the future. Really good."
