we were by chance in this trattoria in mondovi for our sensual holidays. we ate an appetizer in two raw and cooked veal and a pizza to start very well. as the second slice of escape of the fantastic and unexpected sincerely rigatoni to the Cuneese carbonara: Great! Delicious local food, great service, beautiful local wine. Had the local meats aperativo with our waiter's choice of local wine. Both excellent. Followed with freshly made pasta and Bra sausage delicious and wild ? boar with vegetables cooked to perfection. Finished with local speciality dessert mainly chocolate!
