Fine dining experience. Very delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, good wine which you can select just by looking around you. Service seems to be a little stressed, but they remain welcoming and nice towards customers.

Good music, great food and a fabulous wine selection ... This visit to La Peniche will, hopefully, be the first of many. Really good food served by friendly, attentive staff coupled with an impressive wine list made for a great evening out, thank you.

It was a very exciting evening for me and my wife, begining with mixt of cheese and different fruits and completed with handmade jams, continued with very good catalana (sea food) , sea bas , completed with tiramisu and cheese cake, accompanied with very tasty rose toscana wine View menu

Excellent restaurant at all levels: food, large choice of wines at acceptable prices for a restaurant, setting, service. very suggestive the location as from name is a beautiful bar on the canal. also inside is all very well looked after in detail. the very wide menu with description of the detailed and also curious dishes. the dishes are presented very well also by the staff. for my glasses a little too elaborate. the cellar is very wide and appreciable the availability of various half bottles of quality. the price is medium-high.

I went there twice for dinner with my family. One time we had fish and the other time we had beef, i.e. steaks, both were if an exceptional quality and excellently prepared. The wines that were recommended went perfect with the food. Desserts were also amazing, especially the catalan cream. The service was absolutely impeccable best service I have had in years. Went to the restaurant as a party of 4. Was welcomed warmly as we entered the restaurant and shown promptly to our table. The food tasted great and well presented. The wine list was huge and not too expensive. Service was attentive and friendly without being invasive. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. When we had finished for the evening (4 hours later), there weren't any taxis to take us back to our hotel so the restaurant team searched high and wide to find us someone, which they did. Thank you
