When I saw my spritz coming to the table, I got it right away. A spritz is of dark orange color, there it was tinted with a light orange color. I'll go for it. I'm going to the bar to ask for aperol in my spritz. The waitress answers me that this is the dose (1/3, 1/3, 1/3. So no, it may be the dose of Alcala, but not a spritz. Nicely, she agrees to add exceptionally. Next time, you'll have to add a supplement. I mean, I didn't take my second spritz. So, okay, time's hard. I don't ask to drink a certain amount of alcohol when I'm having a cocktail or a full drink. I want to drink a balanced and appreciable cocktail. It's like you're serving coffee and you're putting too much water, well, it's not drinkable. Keep your alcohol doses if you wish, but balance your spritz so your client can enjoy. 9 euros to drink a cocktail that has a taste of water, understand that it is not acceptable. I can even give you restaurant names or spritz are delicious (and the aperol dose is not dependent on the price since they are at 8 euros in the restaurants in question. Here, I admit I was really disappointed, especially for an Italian restaurant. In addition I live next to and with friends we often go to the Parcelle and I was looking forward to discovering your establishment. It's a very welcoming place, I felt invited. I changed the choice of my dish, vegetables and some fries, I had both. Table high or low, you choose the table according to your mood and also the number of customers. The waiting is very reasonable. I feel at home after a few meals taken there.

Without booking an evening when the restaurant was full, the team found us a table and we were able to have dinner. The dish was very good, the server with little care, managed to satisfy all our requests even by bringing us a dish that was not on the map. Thanks to Alban, it’s very nice to meet people who have a real sense of service.
