Very good value food good great selection service friendly very clean. I discovered it by accident and I am glad that I did.

It's quite nice. Could do with a larger assortment of desserts and cheaper drinks. Quite a small intimate restaurant. Not a wide selection of drinks. Drinks also quite costly.

Came here for something to eat while a family member was in hospital nearby. Particularly enjoyed the salt and chilli squid. The range of dishes is fairly modest, and the quality is reasonable, especially given the price. The crispy chicken was the only disappointment; a bit too dry and tough. View menu

This is not posh. The buffet is £6.99 and has a canteen feel to it. No fuss service but friendly and efficient. About 20 dishes to pick from. They were all fine bar a couple that were a bit watery, but if you want a cheap, quick feed then this place is fine. Had two big plates, a little ice cream dessert and a coke for £7.99 which suited me.

Buffets are typically not my favorite, but I have to admit that the food at this restaurant was decent. We have visited multiple times, and while the food can get a bit stale later in the day, it is delicious when fresh. The staff is very friendly, which adds to the overall positive experience. This is a good and affordable option for Chinese cuisine, and they also offer take away boxes - small for £3.99 or large for £5.99.

This small buffet restaurant located on Denmark Hill is charming. The staff appears friendly at first, but then becomes overly attentive, which can be annoying while trying to dine. The homemade sushi rolls are a delightful addition. However, they are not great at replenishing food - leaving untouched dishes to go cold or neglecting to refill empty plates, like cakes. I visited this restaurant while staying at a nearby hospital and needed a break from the ward for a meal. The buffet was small, but we enjoyed our meal around 5pm. The food was decent, but there weren't many options to choose from. The beef in black bean sauce was particularly delicious, and the pork fried rice was good as well. However, nothing else really impressed me, and I likely wouldn't come back since there are many other dining options in the area. The buffet is priced at $6.99, and takeaway boxes are available for $3.99.

Visited today after appointment at Kings Hospital with my wife. We have tried a number of London oriental buffets where the price was cheap and the food bland. What a revelation Lamoon was. My wife is a wheelchair user and when the lady in charge saw us struggling to get in she went out of her way to help and get us comfortably seated. It is a small buffet and certainly not ostentatious. However the food was the best buffet we have tasted. The sweet and sour chicken was the tastiest ever and the ribs in barbeque sauce amazing with so much meat. I could not fault the food at all and will be returning on our next appointment at Kings.

Came here with a couple of friends last night and it was so lovely! Nicer atmosphere than most buffet style places, felt more like a restaurant and we were quite comfortable staying there for a while after our meal just chatting and drinking. Great value at £8 each for as much food as you like and bottles of wine were only a tenner!! The food tasted really homemade and fresh rather than like a greasy takeaway, didn’t feel sluggish afterwards just felt satisfied. Everything I ate was nice especially the chicken curry and my friend loved the salt chilli squid. They even had some nice banoffee cake for dessert!
