"I love Chinese food and eat it often in my world travels. This is our first time in Paris and after reading TA reviews decided to give Lao Tseu a go and glad we did! I had the hot and sour soup and it...was one of the best I’ve ever had. My girlfriend had the shrimp wonton soup and said it was just “ok”, but she prefers the pork wonton style soup. For our mains we shared the fried noodles with shrimp, Cantonese style fried rice with pork and hot plate beef in pepper sauce. All three were fantastic! The beef was a touch spicy which is perfect for me and my girlfriend who normally doesn’t like much spice enjoyed it as well. Service was quick and very friendly and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. We loved Lao Tseu and will definitely return if we’re ever in Paris again, which we hope to be!"

We really enjoyed dining at Lao Tseu. The food was delicious. In fact so much so that we ate there twice during our stay. The service was friendly and attentive. The cost was very reasonable. We each ordered a dish and shared around the table....The steam dumplings are awesome. The shrimp spring rolls were the best we have ever had. I highly recommend trying Lao Tseu during your stay in Paris.

Lao tseu offers quality Chinese cuisine in a friendly and impeccable setting, even at the aquarium maintained in an incredible way. the entries are excellent, especially the nems that are the best I ate on the bets and at the best prices I ate in asie. dishes are good but would be more spicy, slightly less suitable for international/European customers. service is efficient and user-friendly. I highly recommend, good value quality price thanks to quality and not price.
