Attention to the cleanliness of the tables on the outside and to the unnecessary fillings on the plates (cooked salt and carrot straps) the pepper could also be emptied. back 2 years later, the same dried plate at the plancha and still as good, the pepper is drained and a few roasted potatoes, still a slaughter. very nice services under the paillote."
