"a few days ago, we have dinner at the savoyard tavern on this terrace heated by sunset, my boyfriend and me. we have been welcomed by the boss, very kind welcome, family and offer. We took a small traditional savoy aperitif (cooked wine at the genpi). for the meal a raw milk raclette that comes direct from the local cheese shop ( excellent!!!!) served generously with its charcuterie, potato and salad. to accompany this delicious raclette, a light and refined white wine, a terraventoux. a coffee, and the genepid nicely offered by the boss. restaurant that is worth stopping during your stay at the seizures."

"Exceptional! This is the adjective that comes to me to describe our meal on August 15 during a menu around Beaufort. After a few appetizers, superb ravioli with mushrooms and Beaufort cheese subtly accompanied by coriander. Then a very tender veal accompanied by a good juice and to finish a surprising dessert around strawberries and very balanced Beaufort cheese before ending with sweets, each one more delicious than the other! We also appreciated the very nice wine list with a Saint Joseph white from 2019 for €49, a bargain! We can only congratulate the chef and his team for this delicious moment spent in this very beautiful restaurant. A value for money to recommend and we hope, soon, an experience to try again! "Fortunately, Ecoelle was open because we were able to have lunch there with family regularly during our stay. The menu is varied and the products are fresh and of quality even at the start of the season. Dylan the waiter is really very accommodating and pleasant which has become rare these days in the restaurant business. It's really appreciable. In short, it’s a very good address that we recommend."
