"I visited this neighborhood establishment in the 15th with my children and friend. My friend ordered the broiled fish. I had the sweetbreads with potatoes. My first time having this and it was sublime. The sauce was a wonderful match to the texture. The steak...hache garnered high praise from my kids. They complimented the tenderness and the rich flavor. Easy to consume as it was already broken down into its hash form. The salmon appetizer was a favorite. Fresh fish from the day, the whipped fraiche went well with raw fish. The endive was sublime subtle not bitter as I found back home in the US. For dessert, my friend ordered the lemon sorbet with vodka. Oh my goodness!!! The vodka married with sweetness of the lemon was superb! Did not get a picture of that unfortunately. But please order it if it is available."

A small friendly restaurant, a little off the main track. We ate from the 3 course, €34 menu and it was great. Quality food and good portion sizes. Traditional home cooked French cuisine and a nice selection of wines. Certainly recommended. View menu

The eight of us were here to eat on Saturday night. a small family restaurant with excellent French cuisine. service was very good and we felt more like friends than guests. a real jewel that we will certainly return to our next visit to bets.

Needed a nice restaurant where a group could get a good meal and talk. I’m not familiar with the neighborhood, so was very happy to have picked the Blavet. Nice service, timely bit not pushy, great menu, in options, quality and pricing. Great evening and...I highly recommend.

was very recommended. appetizers were very good. one of us ordered medium rare steak. first came well done, then raw and barely cooked again. no apologies and bad attitude through the server. my cloves were too well made and sauces were hard to handle. paris has a lot better to offer. View menu

the blavet serves a very traditional French cuisine in the old: creamy, fat, heavy but tasty. You have very traditional dishes like the top pork meat on the menu. for 28 euros, you get a 3-course meal with super large portions, especially dessert (excellent.) if it is the type of food you love, this is the place! But for me, it's a little too heavy. excellent service.

This is my second passage to the blavet, and this time I was a little disappointed. The dishes are homemade, okay, are far from bad, okay, but don't go well beyond the traditional well-do-no-plus. he missed my dinner with a little original touch that would have made personal taste, particular, even unforgettable. So, at 37€ dinner (including wine), the value-for-money ratio is not exceptional, far from there, when we know that a number of restaurants michelin (typically the "bib gourmands") offer formulas around 20-25€ in the same neighborhood — and some stars also (i.e., the noon, or a little off this neighborhood, certainly). On the other hand, we will not accuse the leader of being cheek...
