Ravioles in my way, stuffed with crayfish and Saint Marcellin, with its lobster cream, tomato jam. Fresh salmon with hazelnut butter, creamy risotto with mussels, saline sauce. I want to taste something else but it's too tempting... otherwise beef tartare is excellent, very good thank you products"

Take into account the food features of my 79-year-old mother (without gluten, without cow's milk protein).
