Le Cafe du Musee - Menu

It is quite crowded and the tables are very close to one another but the service is quick and the food is OK. Cost: less then 60 Euro for two people without wine

When you are in Paris, you must visit Musée Rodin, but you must NOT eat here. Ever. There are plenty of amazing cafes and bistros in this beautiful city. This is not one of them.

Expensive, mediocre food. Terrible service. Had salads at 13 euro each, more or less lettuce, chopped ham, and an egg. No reason to subject yourself to such things in a city like Paris.

Efter armemuseet var det skönt att sätta sig ner för en fika. Fick väldigt bra service och bemötande av personalen, som mer än gärna hjälpte till att ta bild på oss. Inte billigaste stället men vi åt och drack gott.

We stopped here for coffee after visiting the Rodin museum and it was pouring down rain. I had a cappuccino and shared the strawberry tarte. The tarte was good but the coffee was on the expensive side at over €6. It was an ok stop.

Когда шли в музей Родена заприметили это заведение. Но все столики были заняты (было время обеда). После посещения музея зашли в него и пообедали семьей. Понравилась в нем обстановка. Еда вкусная, цены для Парижа средние, порции большие, достаточно взрослый официант шутил с нами на русском. Очень понравилось.

Ordered a Croque Monsieur Ham and Cheese Sandwich, espressos, and an omelette. The Croque Monsieur was inedible because it was way too greasy and cheesy with the ham no where to be found. The egg omelette was over salted but good news was the espresso was good. If you grab a seat by the window, it's good for people watching.

En route pour le Musée Rodin, nous nous sommes arrêtés sur la terrasse de ce café après une longue marche. Malgré qu’on était fin décembre, la terrasse était bien ensoleillée. Nous ne pouvions résister aux gâteaux dans la vitrine. Une bonne décision. Nous avons opté pour les tartes aux cerises et au citron meringué. Ils étaient bien grands et très délicieux. Pas de regrets donc.

J'ai pris un déjeuner rapide dans cette brasserie avant un rendez-vous professionnel. Le personnel est efficace et le service rapide. En revanche: qu'est ce qu'on est serré !! Mes voisins de table ont du se lever quand je suis allée aux toilettes et quand j'ai quitté le restaurant...Il faudrait retirer des tables.Dans l'assiette, rien de spécial: les grands classiques qu'on retrouve dans toutes les brasseries de Paris.En bref, cela ne me laissera pas un souvenir impérissable.
