"We've eaten at several restaurants on Bagnoles and have usually come away thinking it was not quite as good as expected. The Bois Joli does not fall into this category. The quality and choice of food was excellent. I think maybe the portions could have...been more generous, but perhaps this was because we were very hungry and the dishes we did not choose may have been more substantial. The service was very good, with pleasant and professional waiters, and as we were waiting for the table, a nice beer on the balcony was pleasant. Just on that, when booking for a specific time, I like the option of going to the table at that time, so this was a minor blemish. Menus in English were on offer, but we do rather like the challenge of ones in French. The atmosphere was good, with a variety of couples and (adult) families, some of whom were staying at this hotel. The restaurant was far better than those which can be the case when part of a hotel. The location, just on the edge of (the lovely town of) Bagnoles de l'Orne was fine with easy access and parking. As for price, this was OK, not cheap, but nothing that would make the credit card creek. All in all, a very nice place and we'd be pleased to return."

"Very good reception with a lot of benevolence so that our stay can take place at best. We were a group of thirteen people. All the staff of the hotel set in four for us to enjoy a pleasant moment. It is with great pleasure that we will stop again in your establishment. Bravo and thank you."

"Atypical restaurant in the form of a multicolored tower, you will not be able to miss it in front of the lake and with views of the casino. Good salad, a shame I found paper in it. Fortunately, they forgave me and offered me dessert A little expensive (80€ knowing they didn't count one of the 3 desserts) for 3 menus salad a cocktail 2 kits and a glass of Redo cider in winter, with their fondus, raclettes and reblochonnades"

"Habituée à séjourner depuis de nombreuses années soit en WE soit en vacances je ne peux que conseiller cet établissement: un accueil sympathique,un personnel charmant ,une propreté parfaite .Une chambre spacieuse,claire et calme .Repas délicieux et variés. La patronne toujours disponible pour proposer un changement au menu si par hasard un met ne convient pas. Les produits sont frais et toujours bien préparés.Petit déjeuner copieux au buffet très diversifié. Je recommande vraiment ce lieu que j'aurai d'ailleurs plaisir à retrouver pour un WE cet automne .Merci à toute l'équipe ."
