"be prepared to pay 20Euros for a Briyani. The staff is friendly but you will pay extra is you ask for raita with your briyani. We noticed that the lunch menu and the set menus are somewhat cheaper. the portions are quite frugal. the back room lacks any natural lighting.Being very experienced with Indian food (everywhere in the world, including India) we would say that you can get much better Indian food. This is quite mediocre and we suspect made to fit the European palette. Don't expect to be amazed.toilets are adequate and they are Amex friendly"

As a Pakistani I know good Indian food and this restaurant is definitely a pleasant surprise.

Cramped, seedy, and smelling of indifference. And that was just the waiter. Needs a reboot and maybe an exorcist.

We were there only because we were tired of italian food and fast food. Food was ok but crowded during peak periods as the restaurant is quite small.

I was seated promptly, but at the other end of the restaurant to other diners. It then took about 10 minutes to catch the waiters eye, to order a drink and get the menu. The menu was OK and I was happy with the choice. My starter of Onion Bhajees came in 4 minutes, not sure how, but they tasted OK. My naan came with starter, which I found odd. Main course was OK, but the rice was very stodgy indeed.

an evening meal with a friend who enjoys currys as much as i do.you need to book and expect the best pakistani and indian curries.we started with naan bread, salads ,prawns, lots of water,i had a fish curry and rice, pickles and a nice white wine. sticky dessert and a nice scotch. fast basic service, very crowded and loud but love the atmosphere and the friendly staff who smile at all the antics of the white guys trying to eat really hot food.wonderful

Was there with my husband during the week for lunch time! The food was very delicious , the place is very nice and have a friendly staff . We came in with our dog and we were very welcoming in the place , was not to busy and had a nice atmosphere with great Indian songs playing on the big screen TV!!!! I would suggest for lunch or dinner this place as I'm sure you won't be disappointed - bonus for the free welcoming Indian "fruit drink" :) we enjoyed a lot!!!Dani and Benji

Expensive to start with. No respect for vegetarians. After we had checked certain dishes were vegetarian, served all dishes on one platter. Then claimed it was our fault for not explicitly stating that he had to serve them separately. Then tried to make us pay double because we requested those dishes be made again. Then argued with us about the bill with complete refusal to take any responsibility. To add to that, the salad was clearly old. The salt and pepper were dirty. The drinks we ordered never came.

We walked in to the restaurant with my 3 years old daughter and a pregnant wife, no waitress or host! , not a single one was there , then walked out from the kitchen and showed us the worst table at the very back ( there were only 2 guests). I ask them for any other tables because my wife don't wanna sit at the very back and low ceiling area. she found it difficult to breath there. The guy said sit here or you can go. So we walked out. Luckily we found the other Indian restaurant in town and much nicer.
