"An order was placed on Uber Eat. This was canceled by the restaurant and I was still billed for the order. I call the restaurant to find out why my order was canceled, I am told that the basket is not expensive enough even though there is no minimum order amount. They tell me that they are not responsible for the money but it is they who caused this situation with the cancellation. I booked via the fork app, specifying that I had the gourmet passport (also specify upon arrival) for 2. I also had the possibility of -40% with this same application and the boss refused both promotions!! The waitress didn't speak a word of French and not very good English... Not very professional!!
