"Le Pain offers clearly marked vegan options on their menu. The menu changes with the seasons and currently includes salads, Mediterranean mezze, tartines, avocado toast, vegetable curry, and chili sin carne. They also have vegan soups available, just be sure to specify no butter with the bread. They offer healthier options compared to other restaurants in London with many vegan burger options. The selection of baked goods is limited to a blueberry muffin and chocolate cake. The food is consistently good. Sitting upstairs is preferable as it is brighter and less stuffy than sitting under the railway arches. The service can be a bit slow when busy, but sitting upstairs makes it easier to get attention from staff. The location is convenient for visitors to the Southbank Centre."

I got the quiche and it was amazing refreshing. A bit overpriced in my opinion but perhaps worth it.

We stopped at this restaurant for coffee and cake. They had a great selection of vegan tarts and pastries, clearly marked. The service was good and the place was busy. Definitely worth a visit.

Although it looks like a nice cafe they barely have anything vegan outside of a salad and when I asked if they could fix a sandwich they first said yes but then went actually no, it'd have to have mozzarella No real reason as to why.

I ordered a latte with almond milk and when they brought it to me, I asked if it was with almond milk, so she went to check and it wasn’t. So basically if you don’t pay attention when they make your lattes, cappuccinos, etc. you could end up with cow’s milk. Plus they were not very friendly.

Today I had a vegan croissant and a milky matcha latte. the croissant was delicious, but the milk milk matcha latte was much too sweet. as dessert. Unfortunately, the Matcha powder they use is sweetened and this cannot be adjusted. that felt like a huge waste of money for me because I couldn't drink the matcha and it cost £4.50!

Despite its charming appearance, this cafe has very limited options for vegans, with only a salad available. When I inquired about getting a sandwich made vegan, they initially said it was possible but then later changed their answer, stating it would have to include mozzarella. The reason for this sudden change was not provided.

Today I tried a vegan croissant and an oat milk matcha latte. The croissant was tasty, but the latte was too sweet for my liking. I was disappointed to find out that the matcha powder used was already sweetened and could not be adjusted. I felt like it was not worth the money since I couldn't drink it properly, especially at £4.50.

I ordered a latte with almond milk, but when it was served to me, I had to ask if it was made with almond milk. The server had to check, and it turned out it wasn't. Overall, if they aren't careful when making lattes, cappuccinos, etc., they could end up using cow's milk instead of the requested alternative. Additionally, the staff was not very friendly.
