Le Royal - Menu

Poor customer service, very sad salad ..... we were not told restaurant was closing when we ordered, it was only about 7.30, made to feel we were holding them up

We stayed at the Royal hotel, and after a quick look at the menu decided to stay. So glad we did - the cod and scallops were delicious and proper sized portions.

Experience of coffee drinking on street slightly spoiled by waft of cigarette smoke from3 tables away drifting downwind. otherwise nice Brasserie overlooking the square.

what a great brasserie with excellent service, great eating of high quality and an amazing wine card! on a vreat location. very recommended to have a great lunch/dinner/drink. the star is also royal

We dived in as the rain started, and it turned out to be a good choice. Felt very traditional, but that's not a bad thing. Accommodated a pushchair very well and sorted a high chair for us. Good plat du jour, big sandwiches and friendly staff. View menu

We enjoyed one dinner here. The food was quite good and the menu is some diversity, useful for groups with different preferences. The dining room is comfortable, but there are also some sidewalk tables. We missed out on a dessert that looked awesome profiteroles... because we were too full from dinner and never made it back. Just a solid place in every way and convenient if you are staying next door at the Royal Hotel/

We were staying at the Royal Hotel and after a day of travel, we wanted to grab a meal close to the hotel without sacrificing taste. How lucky we were to walk out the door and dine at Le Royal Brasserie. It was a beautiful evening so we sat in the restaurant's outdoor seating in the public square across the street. Our server, Geoffrey, was terrific--personable and just the perfect amount of attentive. Three of us went with his recommendation--the house burger--and it was the right choice--perfectly prepared.

we ate here once, as the restaurant is literally part of the hotel building in which we stayed (but not obviously in the possession of the hotel!? overall it was 't a 'bad' experience, but something was just 't there. my wife had turbot, a part of it was simply not. the waitress was indifferent to her commentary and never mentioned her when she cleaned up dishes. I closed. I ate this in many restaurants. it's a favorite of my wife and me. a half of the steak was unusable! I've never seen this before with this choice. because of our experience this evening we have never returned. View menu
