"Horrific. Do not go with a pregnant woman. No apology or contrition real attitude. My wife and I went, we asked for well done steak, got something very pink and unsuitable. Asked to return it, they just reheated it in a pan, and said “you still pay” when we asked to cancel. They shrugged their shoulders and the female manager should absolutely no empathy at being 4 5 months pregnant."
