"We had mixed starters appetizer (the tuna salad on the plate was a letdown, but the rest was good), the Couscous was good too. Best Thing was the dessert as they serve the delicious pastry from "La bague de Kenza"(the Couscous i make at home is good too: use two grilled, skinned/deseeded red peppers, one skinned/chooped red beetroot, one skinned/chopped kohlrabi, one or two skinned/deseeded tomatoes, two to three crushed cloves of garlic, one chopped oignon, two deseeded chopped red chilies - fry oignon, add garlic, then shortly after that add first the tougher vedgetables, then the softer ones; add the meat, on which you fried in olive oil and sprinkled 3/4 of a teaspoon of cucumin seeds and 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds, which you slightly roasted and crushed in advance, as well as salt and pepper - simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours, if too dry add some water or chicken broth).I had a belly ache after the dinner but that might be due to something elsa (like eating too much, as usual).Staff was friendly. A nice restaurant with a lively ambience where you can have a nice chat."

This place has incredible food and also the friendliest staff. They were extremely helpful when trying to find something on the menu and their service was excellent.

One of my favorite cous cous places in Paris, (and I have been to many..) Owned and operated by 2 charming brothers. Highly recommended! .And perfectly situated across the street form Alimentation Generale for some after dinner music.

This was easily one of my favourite nights out! The staff made me feel like family. When I ordered I asked for whatever was traditional and the food was amazing, started with traditional flat bread with peppers and pastia (pastry filled with chicken) then I had couscous with grilled meat. I can’t wait to go back

We arrived with our pram which can sometimes be a problem in Paris but the restaurant was very accommodating and we had a great table upstairs. Service was friendly, lots of different options for couscous and tagines. Food was fresh and tasty. A little more expensive than our usual couscous place but definitely worth it!

We can’t say enough about how delicious the food was at l’Homme Bleu. Everything from the appetizers to the couscous dinners was fabulous! In fact our first experience was so wonderful that we returned a second time during our 7 day Paris stay. The service is friendly and the atmosphere cozy. Don’t miss the opportunity to dine here!

This restaurant was a short walk from our hotel on a day we had already wandered so far our feet hurt. The place is very simple, smelled fabulous, and was lively. The service was fast and friendly, the portions more than generous and the food delicious. The bill when it came only added to the smiles. This is a great place for a casual meal.

Excellent food! i had the couscous au merguez but my friend had the tagine which i still want - the vegetables were fresh and delicious! The orange with cinnamon for dessert is very refreshing and at lunchtime, it's a better deal to get the "menu" than to go a la carte... so might as well get it. Friendly and good service, decent prices, nice atmosphere. Excellent place.

With only six or seven smallish tables, this tiny restaurant has lots to offer. We both had tajines, choosing from a number of variations. I had chicken with olives, lemons, and vegetables in a rich sauce. My husband had chicken and meatballs with potatoes and olives, and chickpeas. Both were flavorful We had a bowl of couscous and an excellent harissa on the side. We also shared a brick of tuna and potatoes and spices. The phyllo was so crisp! My only complaint is that potatoes were too prevalent in all the dishes. The service was very pleasant and efficient.

When in Paris and in the mood for some delicious couscous or tajine, this is your place.By entering you get a warm welcome from the always smiling waiters. Book ahead, because this place is always packed. For a cosy night, get a table in the romantic basement where on Saturdays some live music (1 man band) is played.Known for its couscous and tajines, indulge yourselves in some great North-African-Berber cuisine. The tajines range from 15€ (for a vegetarian one) to 18,5€ for a sweet and sour one with almonds, prunes and pear. A special treat. And don't forget to taste some nice local wine too. A good deal!
