"A typical Beefeater, you get a very passable meal in pleasant surroundings at a more than reasonable price. The menu is varied with a fair choice of starters, mains and desserts to choose from. We all had the Calamari as a starter with Gammon Steaks and Praw Skewers as mains, all were good. The service was both friendly and efficient. The only real ale on tap but oddly not in the menu) was a very acceptable Doom Bar, but they did have additional bottled beers and the usual suspects on tap in the bar. for our Christmas meal. eating was absolutely fabulous ... the staff was friendly and could not do more for us. highly recommended as we went last year when it was table and must say that bark seed was much better.

We were a group of 12 people and visited the restaurant during a busy lunchtime service. However, the waitress took great care of us. The food was served hot and all dishes were delicious. The restaurant offers free parking for up to 3 hours, making it convenient for a lunch outing. Overall, we would rate the service, food quality, and atmosphere a perfect 5 out of 5.
