"I didn't know it... very nice, close to the center of Prato but quiet... The schiaccine..... Amazing, special and very good ingredients, bread and tortillas made by them, cecina... delicious, killer hummus sauce... made by them. Wine recommended by the owner, very good and from the area. The staff were kind and attentive. The owner is friendly and nice in his ways, his advice is excellent. I was really struck by the background playlist of Italian music from the 60s and 70s, it takes you back to memories. HANDSOME. I recommend you try it, you won't regret it. Una bellissima scoperta in quel di Prato. Mi è molto piaciuto il locale, stile urban: è una vecchia fabbrica tessile riadattata. Servizio eccellente, una fioritura a cura delle simpaticissime ragazze che gestiscono. Questi schiaccini sono davvero squisiti. Consiglierei di assaggiare la cecina che è davvero sublime.
