The welcome is excellent. the space is big enough, like the tables, and we meet at two on a large round table ... perfect! The map is simple but it allows to explore many culinary directions. We feel the use of local products and the garden!Four, a fairly fabulous meal. fish or meat, ice-cream gaspacho with fabulous rosemary, cod back, exceptional pigeon, excellent cheese tray, original desserts, and good wines with .bref glass, you have to go ... take the time to discover hererepian for this table .. it's just fabulous. It is a rare experience that discover such a beautiful table! the price quality report is largely at the rendezvous. We'll go back!"

It is only at the third attempt that we were able to dine, the opening days are limited, even in the summer. The vaulted room is wide and the tables are widely spaced, but the decor is minimal. The basic formula (flat entrance) is 25 euros and I came out with hunger. Nothing to say about the service, though a little long, especially since there were only 3 busy tables.

dinner in love in this restaurant, selected under the advice of our guest house, not far from the restaurant. the setting and quality of the dishes have much more. Very good service quality as well.However, we were disappointed with the cooking (my fish was very right in cooking and the magret called rosé came to point), damage. I advise this restaurant, however, we have had a very good time.

Notre deuxième séjour ou cette fois nous avons fait connaître cette excellente adresse au bout de la voie verte Passa Païs à nos amis cyclistes Albigeois. Thierry le chef du restaurant est toujours au TOP, nous étions tous aux anges. Je ne peux que vous recommander cette adresse d 'autant plus qu 'à l 'étage, les lits sur la place tenus par Marion vous apporteront tout le confort, le repos et le calme de cet ancien relais de poste rénové avec amour. Un grand merci à tous les deux pour ce weekend sportif et comme on dit jamais 2 sans 3. À très bientôt Gilles et Linda

"seit dem jahr 2002 gehe ich in dieses restaurant, als ich in frankreich lebte. das restaurant war dann sehr beliebt für seine unkomplizierte aber leckere küche serviert mit einem hohen maß an leidenschaft und integrität. in diesen tagen war das restaurant. den neuankömmlingen durch mundpropaganda bekannt. so hoch war sein ruf, dass sie nicht nur auftauchen konnten, sondern sie mussten telefonieren und einen tisch buchen. einige jahre später wurde sie an ein anderes management verkauft. die hauptperson hinter diesem neuen management war eine sehr net und reizvolle dame, die schien alle lokalen menschen zu kennen, sie war sehr angenehm, aber offensichtlich nie schmeckte jede der lebensmittel, die sie an ihren tischen servierte, als der standard ging direk dennoch schien es vielleicht zu überleben, weil dieser neue eigentümer so beliebt bei den einheimischen war. nach der pandemie der kovid unterlegt, bemerkte ich, dass es kürzlich, noch einmal, hat das management geändert, so aus diesem grund und mit hohen hoffnungen entschied ich mich, heute abend zu wagen und haben eine mahlzeit dort. das restaurant befindet sich in einem wirklich schönen ort mit vielen außentischen, das ist ein echter vorteil und das hat sich nicht geändert. meine ersten eindrücke waren sehr günstig, mein kellner war wirklich nett und freundlich und begrüßte mich auf eine wirklich angenehme weise. nach der prüfung des menüs erkannte ich, dass sich aus dem menü 2002 nichts geändert hatte, vielleicht wurden nur die Pasta-Gerichte durch burger ersetzt (danke mcdonalds! also habe ich bestellt, was ich gewöhnlich in der vergangenheit hatte, die muscheln mit einem knoblauch und käse als vorspeise, eine pizza als hauptkurs und eine halbe karaffe rosenwein. der wein kam und ich weiß nicht, was sie damit gemacht hatten, aber es war unvorstellbar. ein untergeschmack durchdrungen, könnte es ein rückstand von bleichmittel aus dem waschen des behälters oder ein anderer faktor gewesen sein. der wein war unvorstellbar. ich sagte dem kellner, ich wollte, dass es sich in einen rotwein verwandelte, da der geschmack schrecklich war. sie nahm es weg und sagte, sie müsste ihren chef fragen (the boss). sie kam mit einer halben karaffe rotwein zurück und sagte mir, dass ich zweimal für den wein angeklagt werden müsste. sie bot keine entschuldigung oder angebot, um einfach die unvorstellbare rose zu ersetzen. ich wollte nicht argumentieren, so dass ich ihr erlaubte, mich für den unbetrunkenen wein zu berechnen. meine muscheln kamen, und sie waren gut, ziemlich wie sie aussahen und schmeckten seit 2002. dann kam die pizza! in der speisekarte wurde es eine diavola pizza genannt, die besagt, dass es mit Italianischen fleisch, oliven und mozzarella käse bedeckt war. die Italienischen fleische waren rechteckige chorizoscheiben geschnitten so dünn und so geschmacklos können sie auch reispapier essen. die oliven waren genau 4! die mozzarella war entweder nicht vorhanden oder von so billiger qualität, dass sie nicht einmal geschmeckt gesehen werden konnte. dies war eine entttäuschendste grenze an widerlichen mahlzeiten, ich beendete mit zwei schöpfen eis, das war bog standard eis. die gesamtrechnung hierfür betrug 51,95 euro, eine gesamtverschwendung von geld und eine untere mittelmäßige mahlzeit. es gibt offensichtlich keine liebe oder leidenschaft in der küche dieses restaurants, es scheint, dass sie einfach in der hohen flut ihrer vorgänger von 2002 und zuvor segeln. es betrübt mich, dass französische küche mit so viel gelegenheit zur verfügung, wählen sie für den einfachen ausweg und geschäfte für geld anstatt liebe und leidenschaft zu tun. es scheint alles aus charakter, aber vielleicht sind die restauranteuren, die wir von yore wussten, für immer verschwunden. I have been going to this restaurant since 2002 when I came to live in france. The restaurant was then very popular for its simple but tasty food served with a high degree of passion and integrity. ein that time, the restaurant was known to newcomers by mouth in ear. His reputation was so high that you couldn't just introduce yourself instead, you had to phone and book a table. A few years later, it was sold to another owner. the main person behind this new direction was a very nice and charming lady who seemed to know all the inhabitants of the area, she was very pleasant but obviously never tasted the food she served to her carit nevertheless, the restaurant seemed to survive perhaps because this new owner was so popular with local residents. After the covid pandemic broke down, I noted that recently, again, the restaurant had changed its owner, so for this reason and with great hopes, I decided to go out tonight and take a meal there. the restaurant is located in a very beautiful place with many tables outside, it is a real asset and it has not changed. my first impressions were very günstigs, my dienenur was really nice and courteous and welcomed me in a really nice way. After reviewing the menu, I realized that nothing had changed a lot from the 2002 menu, perhaps only pasta dishes had been replaced by hamburgers (thank you mcdonalds! So I ordered what I usually had in the past, the garlic mussels and kapelleure in the entrance, a pizza in main dish and a half-carafe of rosé wine. the wine came and I don't know what they did but it was unbreakable. a sub-taste invaded it, it could have been a residue of bleach from the washing of the container or another factor. The wine was unbreakable. So I told the dienenur that I wanted him to be changed to red wine because the taste was horrible. She took him away and said she should first hide away from her boss. she's einnahmen with half a red wine carafe and told me that I should be billed twice for the wine. she did not offer an apology or proposed simply to replace unbuvable rosé wine. In the menu, it was called a diavola pizza, indicating that it was covered with Italian meats, olives and mozzarella cheese. The olives were kneeling to four! mozzarella was either non-existent or of such a cheap quality that it could not even be seen and even less tasted. It was a very disappointing meal at the limit of disgusting, I ended up with two ice balls, it was standard ice. the total invoice for this amounted to €51.95, a total waste of money and a meal below the mediocrity. there is obviously no love or passion in the kitchen of this restaurant, it seems that they simply sail in the high tide of their predecessors of 2002 and before. It appeals to me that the French kitchen, with so many opportunities at its disposal, chooses to opt for the solution of ease and to do business for money rather than for the love and passion of the kitchen. all this seems out of the way, but perhaps the restaurateurs we once knew have left forever."
