It's been twice that we eat in this restaurant. the place is beautiful in the old orangery of the castle of blois. I love the new decoration of the room. The kitchen is excellent with a chef who combines bistronomy and the art of Japanese cuisine. a success! In the evening, don't hesitate to take a drink (or several) in the restaurant bar on 1515. atmosphere guaranteed!

In addition, the portion of garnish (purée) was really not very copious, and the sauce extremely salty. Everything was unbalanced in taste and texture.
