it is a very small space. the lunch was nice, not awake, but certainly not bad. the owner was okay. it's not expensive. 13 euro for food and dessert. it's the only place you can go. I'd go back if I were there.

Mademoiselle Naturozen is a lovely shop in Carcassonne, that is also an organic, vegetarian café. In February she was offering delicious takeway menus for lunch, that you have to book in advance but are worth it! A main dish, a homemade vegan yogurt, a dessert and a tea bag great value, taste and nutritional qualities.

This small eco shop/ tea room/ lunch room is the only vegan option in Carcassone. I was in Carcassone for 3 nights and I ate every day at this lovely place. The charismatic owner has each day another vegan main dish and tasty cakes/ muffins. She cooks absolutely fan-tas-tic! There is a cosy outside eating area.
