"I visited Madras Cafe this evening and ordered the samosa chat. However, when I checked my bank statement, I was surprised to see that I had been charged €10.28. When I called the restaurant to inquire about the discrepancy, I was told that the price was €9 plus some extra cents. I 'm still unclear about the additional charge. To make matters more confusing, the online menu on Google, Lieferando, and the restaurant 's website all list the samosa chat for €7.90. I did request extra green sauce, so if that 's the reason for the extra charge, please let me know and I 'll be happy to adjust my review. I hope the management will look into this matter and provide better transparency for customers in the future."

The restaurant is incredibly tasty and authentic, with fresh ingredients and dishes that, unlike the common practice in many Indian restaurants in Berlin, differ significantly in both taste and consistency. Everything we ordered was absolutely on point. Dosa and dal makhni are simply amazing! It was amazing that there weren't that many guests in the evening, which was a big advantage for us as we didn't have to wait long for a table. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly, attentive and caring service. We will definitely come back.
