"We went there for dinner before our movie. The place was quite packed, so we thought it must be any good. The menu indeed looks very promising too, especially as they have a pulled pork burger on it. Everyone who had enjoyed a great pulled pork burger before will be able to sympathize with me, what I was hoping to receive. Delicate, juicy and tasty meat between two buns with some extras. As you can pimp your burger with many extras (with additional charge) I added an extra egg (CHF 2.50) to my burger. Considering the people ordering before we did, we did not have to wait very long. I think it was something between 15 25 mins, which is acceptable even for burger menus. However, what's not acceptable is the disappointment I was experiencing with my first bites. A rather dry meat drowned in, I assume it was supposed to be a BBQ sauce, on the sweet side fluid. Obviously that's one one to give your burgers flavor, but certainly not the one I was looking forward. A quality pulled pork burger does not need a lot extra sauce. The meat is supposed to have an excellent tast of its own. The assumption is obvious, that the pulled pork is most likely bought ready made. Which I kind of understand, as prepare pulled pork is quite an effort and needs also some talent. Anyhow, the question would remain, if you really need to have a pulled pork burger on your menu, when you don't have the intention to serve homemade meat. The coleslaw too, seems to be canned quality (at least it made the impression to me). Pale in taste and color also drowned in a white watery dressing free of anything like herbs, peppers or mustard. I know, coleslaw seems pretty simple to prepare, but it's not always. Especially, when you have to make it well in advance (mise en place) before serving. Throughout the day the cabbage will make the sauce even more diluted. Glimpsing to other tables, guests and their burgers, I concluded, the patty meat ratio was also off. Meaning the bun (in diameter) was significantly bigger than the meat patty. Is there an optimization of profits in the process? Recurrence? No NPS (net promoter score): 1 3 at least for the pulled pork burger. However the quality of the sides as described and the bites I had from my entourage, suggests that all other burgers will have the same quality (aka passion for ingredients and food in general). Therefore, overall the NPS of max. 6 (still detractors level) could be awarded. Price: 3 Burgers with little pimping, 3 Sides and 3 home made teas was something around 85 CHF. Personally I think for burger dishes, that's not really a steal!"

Geschmacklich absolut etwas vom Besten!! Nur noch Manito wenn ich in Baden bin. Den hausgemachten Tee ist ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft.

War sehr sehr köstlich mc Donalds hat echt keine Chance es war eifach nur Perfekt und muss ganz ehrlich sagen ich zahle lieber ein paar Fr. mehr und bekomme dafür etwas gutes das aus der Region kommt und wo ich weiss was drin ist ich finde das Top.

Big burgers with fries. They add a spice that makes it delish. Saturday evening at 18:30 place was BUSY but we have a table happy. Does not know how to cope with demand in winter, because there are extremely limited interior seats. The staff works very hard in the face of constant customer traffic.

Die Bestellung ist simpel und Selbsterklärend. Die Combos sind gering, dafür an Qualität nicht zu topen. Die Burger waren super. Mein Fleisch hart an der grenze gebraten. (BigMak) Der Rest einfach zum geniessen. Gerne 5* jedoch die zusätzlich Mayonnaise für .50 die einfach bei den Fries gebucht werden ohne zu fragen fand ich nicht so toll. Daher 4*

Das Lokal war sehr voll und die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr gestresst. Aber zurück zu den Gerichten. Hamburger, Fries und Crispy Chicken wurden nach einer längeren Wartezeit serviert. Chicken mit Cornflakes waren ein Genuss. Die Fries waren fein und knusprig, vielleicht nicht sehr warm, aber trotzdem ok. Ich und meine Geschäftskollegen waren angenehm überrascht und hatten unsere Freude am Essen. Vielleicht nicht über Mittag gehen, ist doch sehr voll. Cooles Konzept und an den Gerichten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, vielleicht am Service würde ich noch ein wenig arbeiten, das macht den Unterschied vom Mittelmass. Weiter so.

Der Aussenbereich war voll. Die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr gestresst. Nun aber zu den Burgern. Von 5 Burgern, waren 3 so richtig was von durchgegrillt. Einfach nur hart und hässlich im Geschmack. Als wir dann einem Mitarbeiter zu uns riefen und die Burger zeigten, sagte der nur. Musst zum Chef rein. Wir gingen dann rein und er hat uns dann neue Burger versprochen. Haben nach 35 Minuten Wartezeit abgebrochen und sing gegangen. Ein NO GO!!! Die Portion Fries war früher grösser. Die Fries waren zu lange in der Fritteuse.Sauberkeit in Toilette lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Schade, waren grosse Fans, aber die letzten 3 Mal wurden wir von Mal zu mal enttäuscht. Das jetzt am Samstag war die Höhe....

Zuerst haben wir gegessen: Ich, meine Tochter und ihre Freundin, alles war ok.Dann wollte ich noch ein Burger mit Pommes Frites für meinem Sohn nach Hause mitnehmen.Leider war das Personal nicht flexibel genug um uns den Burger am Tisch zu bringen.Take away muss draussen warten, laut Gesetz?Wir müssten aufstehen von unser Tisch und 15 Min draussen im Regen warten bis uns das bestellte Take Away gebracht wurde. Ich habe Fr. 90, ausgegeben dieser Abend in diesem Lokal; dann erwartet man schon auch ein bisschen Service. Es war nicht viel Los dann hätte ich es wenigstens noch verstehen können. Ich bin selber auch Geschäftsführerin in einem Gastronomie Betrieb; Gastfreundlichkeit ist auch wichtig
