"Booked a table for 4 for pre-dinner cocktails via Opentable. Confirmed as requested. When we arrived they claimed to have no record of our booking. The manager made no effort to find us an alternative despite their being a number of empty seats at the bar. We were then rather smirkingly informed there were other bars nearby. I 've been here on a number of occasions before and never experienced this kind of behaviour. I doubt I 'll be back."

This a gem. The best collection of Japanese whiskey in UK. A tad hard to get to, but low key, price is great. Cocktails is stiff, and unique, also you can take some home different size bottles.

The food was very underwhelming, and overpriced brunch. The starter was chips from a packet with a side sauce which was considered as nachos. The chicken was skewers on a whole plate of samphire and that’s it. Very disappointed and overpriced!! View menu

I booked MAP Maison for a birthday and it was incredible. The ambience was lovely, food and drinks were superb but the service was the best part nothing was too much for the staff and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The little candle in the banoffee pie for the birthday boy was a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend MAP Maison.

I had a fantastic afternoon yesterday with Heidi at her Gin Masterclass for novice bartenders. It was an excellent experience, wonderfully executed with engaging storytelling that was both entertaining and fun. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to learn the craft of making cocktails like a pro from behind the bar. The delicious cocktails were truly amazing! I highly recommend it!
