When I arrived to check my reservation, we scan my health pass and we install myself on the terrace or rather on the sidewalk (very unpleasant to be frosted every minute by a multitude of passers-by: interior to favor.) to I lose patience and ask the waiter if it is a joke and this one apologizes while believing that I was waiting for someone to apologize...? fortunately I was in a rtt this day and the dishes arrived very quickly. and I did very well to finally stay because it was really EXCELLENT...! The entrance, the milk calf and the Breton lobster in tartar: a pure marvel with a seasoning (sauce tonnato) too good, a real success this original and succulent mix "Earth-Mer". the dish, a sublime net of graveline bar accompanied by an excellent crushed potato with shells, all tasted with a no less excellent glass of condrieu. Finally, the little disappointment will come from dessert: a comb for a creation of grassy stone, hihihihi...! not that it is not good this original strawberry pie with rose water, on the contrary, but the rose water is much too present and its well-known taste unfortunately prevails over all the rest. The sandy paste of the pie is not at all because it is imbibed with rose water or strawberry water or freshwater (maybe a problem of frigo or restaurant conservation: in short, no crunches. What a pity that there is no real pastry chef in this gastronomic establishment capable of making fresh pastries daily “house” as in the excellent gourmet bistro “my betting”....!§"
