"This McDonald's is the smallest one I have ever visited. I went with my granddaughter during the October week, and we will not be returning. We arrived at the McDonald's around 1:00 and couldn't find a table. After waiting for about 45 minutes, we came back and waited another 5-10 minutes for a table. Once we were seated, I placed our order on the screen. We ordered a McChicken sandwich and a Happy Meal. After waiting for about 20 minutes, our order still hadn't arrived. I went to speak to the lady at the counter, and she informed me that our order never went through, so I had to order again. I had also requested a salad instead of chips, but our order came with a salad that I didn't ask for. My granddaughter got a milkshake, and I ordered an orange juice, but the cups contained a milkshake and coffee with cream and caramel instead. I had to go back to the counter to get the correct drink. When my granddaughter wanted an ice cream, we waited for 10 minutes before I went to ask why it was taking so long. The man told me he hadn't even started making it yet. The milkshake also had its lid on incorrectly. The chaos in the kitchen was evident, as two employees were discussing it openly. The lack of visible toilets led my granddaughter to think the kitchen was the restroom. I will not be returning to this McDonald's."

My strawberry milk shake taste like banana and the second on was melted. The chips taste bad and basically cold And don't get me started on the mac flurry. Horrible one of the worst to go to in South Lanarkshire

I had regular deliveries from both Hamilton shops like my daughter and my son. each delivery is always short on the extra sauces we order about £1 worth of sauces that are always missing. this is a conscious event to increase gains as many others have the same experience. one or two I can get out, but that's everyone job. contacting the load is either not usable! they do not respond. it is time that customers have spoken a scandal.

I visited this restaurant on March 13th and used the drive-thru. I ordered medium fries, a cheeseburger, and a medium coke. I was asked to wait in a designated spot as my order wasn't ready. There were about 10-15 cars also waiting, which should have been a red flag for me. The staff seemed disorganized, wandering through the car park with trays of food, unsure of whose order was whose. After a 20-minute wait, my food arrived cold, and there was no apology from the staff. By the time I could mention the issue with my cold burger and undercooked fries, the staff member had already moved on.

Don't order via app from this place!!! I ordered a mcdonalds from their app and the delivery didn't turn up!!! Ordered it at 330pm on Monday, set address to my works address as previously done before from kfc and 0 hassle! Order was accepted etc said had been delivered! Checked 4x with guy on reception and each time said no nothing from mcdonalds at all!! Contacted ubereats and awaiting on refund however will take 15 days!!! Other colleagues have reported that their food hadn't been delivered either from this mcdonalds but have used justeat and got there's from next town over which has been delivered!
