"I went to this restaurant for lunch at 12 noon on a Friday and found only a few tables filled. We were welcomed by a waitress at the cash register who told us to sit at a table at the back, even though it had a reserved sign on it. We placed our order with a waitress who did not write anything down. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked another waitress how long our food would take, and she replied rudely that our order had only just been placed, even though it had been 30 minutes. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we were informed that there was only one chef working. When our food finally arrived, one of the tuna sandwiches had onions on it, even though we had specified one with onions and one without. We overheard the waitress complaining about us to another staff member and discussing us while looking in our direction. When my daughter complained to the manager about the service, the manager insensitively commented that it made them feel bad that we had asked about the food's preparation time. The tuna sandwich was priced at £9 and did not meet our expectations, as it was lacking in ingredients and poorly prepared. We were not charged for the uneaten sandwich. Overall, I had a terrible experience and will not be returning to this restaurant. If you enjoy being overcharged and spoken to aggressively, then this is the place for you."

I came here for breakfast while visiting from Northern Ireland. The staff was excellent and the food was delicious. I will definitely return again when back in Scotland.

A wonderful cafe located in the center of Hamilton. The food was excellent and delivered promptly, even during a busy Saturday. We let the waitress choose a flavor for our iced lattes and she exceeded our expectations! This cafe is a must-visit.

Went in for lunch, gorgeous Black pudding and Feta salad yum. My friend had the salmon pasta and loved it. Fantastic coffee, quirky decor and great service. The cakes looked amazing but we managed to resist but next time the enormous strawberry tart is mine! Easy parking in multi story. Highly recommend. View menu

I visited Ronzio on a whim and loved it so much I returned a week later. Everything was delicious, decent portions too. It is a little more expensive than your average café, so its definitely a treat, but the quality of the food is excellent, as is the service. The first visit I had salmon carbonara style penne with a perfectly dressed salad. The second time we had brunch and a lovely smoothie.

We were looking for places to eat in the local area and this place popped up. I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel compelled as the food was absolutely exquisite but most importantly the staff was so warm, welcoming and pleasant to talk to you. We were a large group (didn’t even count the number) maybe 16, when we reached the restaurant the guy with a smile asked us to wait for 5 mins he moved around chairs,although the restaurant was very busy but he seemed so calm, even some of friends changed there order bit amendments were made without a frown on his face.
