McDonald's - Menu

We had a lovely breakfast served at our table. Egg Bacon Muffins, Hash Browns Caramel Latte. Everything was hot. it went down a treat. Thank you!

Food good when we got it, staff pleasant. Sprite drink disgusting, couldn’t complain at the time due to family circumstances. It was ok but very slow service.

Came in tonight 2/04/23 at 10.56pm ordered the chicken big Mac meal only to get home and find out that half the big Mac wasn't there (only had one burger in instead of 2) View menu

Asked for bacon roll no sauce and a black coffee to takeaway Got a bacon roll that was drenched with tomato sauce that was uneatable and they put milk in the black coffee. I’m sure they do this on purpose.

Awful customer service- order not right and was cold. Spent ages waiting to be served. I have decided I am now never going here again as I am totally fed up with the rubbish service wrong orders and cold food. Never chance getting a delivery as they NEVER get it right!

The speed here is not fast food . They seem to chit chat and saunter about . Every time Iv been in they have apologised for the wait . Been in tonight and waited 15min and there was 2 drive through and 3 people inside . Plus 6staff !! Please do a quick training on speed and performance. With all that hi Tec kitchen equipment they should be firing stuff out . View menu

The staff are amazing! Despite the busy conditions they always go the extra mile to ensure that the quality of their experience is amazing! Two managers, one being blonde and another having brown hair. Went out of their way to make sure not only my food was okay but also myself a credit to the store! Food is always hot, fresh and fast! Best McDonald's in the country!

We went for an early lunch the restaurant was half full (or less) and no queue at the drive through. However, we were kept waiting over 10 15 minutes for our food due to the prioritising of countless delivery people, the most I've ever seen in any restaurant before. When the food eventually came, fries were hot, burgers fine, but McSpicy very poor, tiny and flat. I noted that it was a franchise and wondered if they source inferior ingredients or this is just McDonalds downgrading their supplies.

I don't usually write bad reviews but this isn't the first time I've had very slow service here. I ordered in the drive through and then was asked to wait in the click and collect area. I waited and drank my coffee. After 20 mins they were just stacking more and more cars into waiting areas. The food came out but the whole place was chaos. The staff were very polite and were obviously struggling with orders. The whole point of a drive through order is that customers are usually in a rush. The food was cold and it was a waste of nearly £7.00. Hope the manager can sort this as other customers were complaining its like this every time they use this branch. Its a shame. View menu
