"Behind the counter there was loud gossip about the appearance of a customer at the checkout! Tables unclean, as well as the toilets. The sauces were forgotten when we ordered. My father just wanted to order a coffee at the counter and was cheekily directed to the ordering stations. We won't come to this branch anymore!"

7min. Waited for a Bigtasty and Coke. The new system doesn't look really efficient. The smaller McChicken bread was used for this, which of course caused everything to fall out. The staff looked a bit confused about the orders. Former crew trainer here Mystershopper wouldn't have given this a good rating at all.
