"I don't really understand why this place has so good reviews. Maybe other dishes are better, but I had the authentic nudel soup with homemade nudels. the noodles were bought udon when I asked, they said hm, they should be homemade, but not safe. instead of the coriander, they have laid petersilie! and eisbergsalat in it, who has already thrown me away. When I asked about the coriander, they said they need to ask it before, because some people don't like coriander. but how should I know as a new customer that if it says coriander on the menu that I petersilie if I don't ask? the broth was ok, but nothing special, and the silk tofu were only three pieces of normal fried tofu, they get in any restaurant. there were also some raw carrots in there and combined with the petersilie and eisbergsalat I felt like I would rather eat a raw salad, then an authentic suppe. also quite pricy for the little food they actually get. I don't go back definitiw, maybe the sushi is better there, but the suppe was really disappointing. menu includes vegan sushi, tempura, misosuppe, edamame, ramen and fried noodles. everything has been tested and it is always super tasty. the location is so beautiful, but always very full and therefore also quite loud.

with distance my favorite restaurant in bielefeld: eating is super delicious, has a good quality and there is a good choice of vegan dresses. also the alcohol-free cocktails are great. the service is very friendly and especially outside in the large outdoor area they can sit well. also recommended is the vegan hot pot for several people! I want to give 5.
