"I'm not a big pig fan, we're leaving that point, but I couldn't go to a dry place and I couldn't go to eat the famous month of the cape. if you are going to book on time, it is possible (almost sure) to touch you but wait a few hours. the location is simply perfect, just get to a segovia and pass the aqueduct facing this restaurant. once inside the decoration is very rustic, with photos and old letters. it looks like a small place, but don't let it fool it is more than it seems a personal opinion: if you fall the chochinillo is not bad, very well cooked with a very delicious sauce to wet, but I think they put little amount for what it costs (and without any garrison or accompaniment.) the entrecot if I recommend it, they serve it in a very hot dish to keep it unaccompanied by potatoes. We ordered mushrooms with truffle juice, I did not recommend them, I did not find the truffle flavor anywhere and the flavor was not its strong. As for the dessert of the segovia punch is delicious, but I will definitely stay with the apple pie (something it does,) but it comes bathed in a delicious hot cinnamon sauce. as a gift that always gets you with two jars per memory table (with the name of the month registered,) a detail."

It's the best chochinillo I've ever tried, attention is unbeatable.

Bad service, so so atmosphere and average food. I think the service bothered me the most. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The chochinillo was great and the soup of sea crabs a real discovery that I want to recommend from here, even the children wanted to try it and my husband tried the soup with miloja and was also vicious.

one of the best restaurants of Castilian cuisine that I know is certainly worth trying its traditional dish, the chochinillo, without leaving aside its extensive menu of which I highlight what I have tried, such as the salad of trigueros, sopa castellana chorizos, ham to the cut, crabs of river in broth and as not the last star of the place, the wine would be recommended to call you first to reserve a good table

Mesón de Cándido, next to the aqueduct, is probably the restaurant through which more celebrities have passed the world, because there are already three generations of clefts that have broken the chochinillo with a dish after performing all the ritual to the old oanza first we went to the dome of foundations, in the same building of the main restaurant, where we talked about the objectives of the foundation based on the formation and the help of the disadvantaged groups threw

the best chochinillo without hesitation, here I was a few months ago, I was crowded with people, but the attention was very personal, and in a lot of detail, the Judiones must ask them because it does decades that it did not taste something so good, the price is not expensive if you take into account that the chochinillo is cooked with a tradition of decades, and that you are eating at the foot of the aqueduct, with a medieval decoration, the wine of the house was very rich, leaving a very pleasant taste to combine with the chonchinillo. If you visit a segovia, you can't go without visiting the aqueduct or eating chochinillo.

Dining here is a bit chaotic. You go to the upstairs check in, and whether or not you have reservations, you just put your name down and hope to get seated. It probably only took 10 minutes to get a table, but it wasn't without stress. We sat down in one of their many historic rooms, which was very interesting, but squished between other larger parties. The pig itself is fantastic, and delicious, though I might argue the suckling pork in Portugal was a tad better. But the chaotic environment didn't lend itself to easy eating, and we made the trek from Madrid essentially to eat at this historic restaurant. However, the famous owner came out, had a big speech while serving whole pigs to the bi...
