"No le pongo un cero porque no se puede. Pasamos a comer allí después de ver el precioso pueblo donde se encuentra. No tuvimos que esperar y en el de enfrente había como hora larga de espera. Eso ya debió de darnos una pista. Había menú por 15 euros con varios platos a elegir. Por ser entre semana no había menú infantil. Eso sí, por compartir la misma cantidad de comida entre 2 personas, cobran 4 euros de más. Eso no lo había visto en la vida. Pero debe ser su modus operandi allí porque en otro de los restaurantes también lo ponía. Pedimos, entre otras cosas, huevos rotos y solo venía un huevo por plato. En la cuna del castellano, el plural debe hacer honor a su nombre y llamar las cosas por lo que son. Un huevo NO son huevoS rotoS, es UN huevo. También pedimos gallo y nos trajeron medio gallo por plato. Al darle la vuelta al gallo, se veía lo de la foto, tal cual. Eso sí, nos quejamos y nos trajeron otro gallo, esta vez entero pero poco hecho. ¿Y qué opináis del puré de patata de la foto? Para mí eso es una patata abierta y con salsa tipo alioli por dentro, pero os dejo la foto para que juzguéis por vosotros mismos. Para el comedor hay que subir 2 pisos de escaleras y no es muy amplia la sala. Sin duda, no repetiría. No sé cómo serán los otros, pero en este restaurante no me van a volver a ver ni estando cerrados los demás. Antes me voy a otro pueblo o compro una barra de pan."

Not recommended. The terrace is empty, we ask to eat something at 3:15 p.m., we ask and they tell us while they turn around that they don't know what to ask upstairs. It's a shame such a beautiful town is not able to serve people at normal hours.

Quite complete menu at 25 euros: 1st course, 2nd course, dessert wine and bread. It's a fair price. The starter was good! Alubias rojas de Frías. On the other hand, the Milhojas de patata were average. The desserts are a little disappointing: red fruit coulis is acidic and seems industrial: This ruined the queso tarta (which is a little dry) and the panacota. It’s not perfect but it’s still a good restaurant and a good choice for eating heartily in Frías! THANKS
