"more than a year ago we drove past here when the restaurant, which is located outside old town in the district lindheim an der schellstraße, was just set up. we have said: we do not know, we have to come by!Now it is run in the 2017 Wetterau-Schlemmerblock and then we took the opportunity to test it as the first restaurant of the year. that was the right decision. we parked at 17:30 h on a Saturday at the in-house parking place and entered. At the entrance we welcomed a very courtesy and friendly chef de garçon. he asked us if we had reserved, no!. ok, no problem, we have a table for them! we got a 4 table as 2. Super.Everything he helped my wife out of the winter jacket, after that, and hanged the jacking away. he asked us if we wanted to have an apperitiw in advance. no!, no problem the answer while he gave us the card. he told us that the day soup would be a wild fond with flutter, the day-main dishes wild boar roulade with red herb and crunch and lamb with speckböhnchen and rosemary potatoes. okwe looked at the map and then decided for the recommended day dishes, my wife the boar, I laughed. I took the wild-fond soup. as wee a glass rose for my wife, a glass barbera d’asti (bottle standing on the table) for me.It took a short time and we got the ordered glasses wein, few seconds later then brot with (self-made) herbal-fresh cheese.deThe chef de garçon, the pietro is very friendly and was at any time to ask if everything were to be okay. also the ladies of the house extremely friendly (but not put on).So he then told us that we could take so much as an appetizer or to accompany the main dish at the salad counter and so often we wanted salat.The suppe was good, but very much wild taste for me. that it was not so cloudy that it was very good and (you taste it) made fresh. Then we went to the salad counter and put something together.After we had suppe and salat behind us, both main dishes promt. photos speak for themselves. but enjoying the food is better (so a bit). Dreamy.The portions are right for an evening meal. You can't sleep. the own"
