"treat yourself and book a table in the middle, then sit back once and enjoy something fine. this restaurant is guided by the man and woman team of sebastian and aline nolte and from a comfortable seat it is possible to prepare sebastian...the dishes, while aline visits the service. the menu is not huge, but from each section at least one, if not all, will appeal to dishes. at the end we chose the 4 course surprise menu and with aline help a suitable wein. after an amuse gaule of Hungarian salami with tomato jam followed a first cure of raw marinated thunfish with avocadomousse. our second cure was a piece of char (like a trout) on a bed of pure kicherbsen and the third was supposed to be kalb with advised kürbis. the dessert was a rosmarin parfait served with slices of orange. the quality of the ingredients is the second to none and each product on the plate has been prepared and accurately presented. take a lot of cash or a debit card as they do not accept credit cards yet."

we were in this restaurant several times and always abandoned fat and happy: eating is some of the best I have ever smudged, the prices are reasonable, wine selection also top, and finally leave the atmosphere and service nothing to wish. make them a reservation and they will see themselves one of the best gemstones in a few!
