"among the few phos in the neighborhood, the cost is generally good. I'd order them pretty often because I live next to them. However, I need to inform you that twice out of 5 you will fall on non-fresh material (at all) if you choose other things than pho: tempura shrimp and vapor bites bizarrely acid... Better to avoid risks and stay on the pho that is not bad."
