"Found this by accident whilst wandering around. From past the experience I was not put off by its not too posh appearance. We booked but there was no need as was quiet as a lot are after new year. Was met by the owner, very polite and pleasant, had a platter for two as a starter, excellent, followed by a chicken balti, very genorous portions, very very tasty. You will not be disappointed, great food at great prices, only £33 for two. So good we went the next night , pity we live so far away."

"that is really a hidden gem in ripon, it is very busy and I advise to reserve in advance. even if it is busy, service suffers not really and all the workers are happy to help. it is authentic, the warm brot and cauliflower that they offer to entice our taste buds alone is worth visiting, it is delicious! eating is full of taste and the menu is burst with the choice and everything is reasonable. will definitely book again at my next visit to ripon, it is a fixed family lover! keep the good work youngs x"

"spun stopped here at a lunchtime on Thursday. it is a very cozy little tapas and wine restaurant right at the main square in ripon. they had 2 boards of specials, as well as a standard tapas menu. the weeping list looked good, but we just had coffee. we tried the anchovy starter and 3 tapas dishes (picy chorizo, black pudding and garnel) that eating was delicious! would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we come back with friends to try the wee!"
