we had a meal last night, eating was delicious. we had the Scotch eggs for starters then sticky bark, also large portion sizes. fantastic personal large menu choice thank you.

excellent eating, especially the Scotch egg starter. the best I have, followed by fantastic haddock and chips. the waitress was extremely attentive. well worth 5x, next time I'm in the ripening I'm back in the royal oak.

we had such a nice greeting today that our dog had water and tasty while we followed the menu. eating was well welcomed with a "drink deal for our party of 3 adults and 2 children. beautiful decoration, atmosphere and fabulous service. we will definitely come back.

Sunday roast was amazing. Real Yorkshire pudding oozing with flavour. Super vegetables, so sweet and tasty (cauliflower a little over cooked for our liking). Melt in the mouth beef. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Great staff. Best of all, dogs are welcome!!!!
