"Nice little corner in Munich serving up Thai meals. Easy to find, just exit the Münchener Freiheit station and if u see a nice big crowd outside a corner restaurant to the right, then u are at the right place. No big signboard nor neon signs but you won't miss it. Tables and benches set up outside for summer, and more tables and chairs set up inside the restaurant. My advice is to try and get a table outside as it can get very stuffy inside.Queue to order and pay (do not throw away your receipt) for your food then the waiting game begins, waiting is good, gives you some time to catch up with your friends while you sip your wine or a Singha beer. When your food is ready, the kind and friendly servers will bring the food out and call out the number on your receipt and serve you your meal.Portions are generous so you may want to order maybe 2 mains to share between 3 people.Soup portions are small and they come with a bowl of rice. (€5.50)Salads are fresh and also comes with a bowl of rice. Had the spicy beef salad which was really good for a summer day, nice and fresh. (€8.50)Had a Pad Grapow Gai (Minced chicken with holy basil) and was not too impressed tho, a lot of bell peppers and onions, more than the chicken and basil. No fried egg to top it off, taste wise, i feel it has been changed to suite the German palate. (€9.50?) Basically a nice place to chill and have something different from the usual heavy Bavarian pork knuckles and sausages. I'd give 2 thumbs up for the nice friendly staff, from the cashier, to the servers and even the cooks!! :) I'd go back just for their friendliness!"
