"Hidden gem! Myself, husband, 5 year old son our dog have just stayed for 2 nights it was a fantastic place to stay! The staff are so friendly caring. The food is amazing! Great, hearty portions packed with flavour presented very well too. Everything we had was spot on! No faults at all. Mussels battered fish were the favourites for us! The fish is huge! Delicious! Great selection of gins too! We had a very spacious family room which again was ideal for us! Small play park too which our son enjoyed playing in as well the bonus is you are a very short walk to NewburghBeach from the hotel or you can still take the car. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

We found the Newburgh Inn by accident while going to look at the seals on the beach, we had a lovely meal, good value for money and staff were friendly and efficient

Food was disappointing very salty over priced for what you got vegetarian fajitas consisted mainly of peas and onions. Chef with dirty workwear walked around restaurant

Jesus !!! Although I got seated immediately, I had to look and wave hand for ages even to get the menu! Couldn’t believe how many times I was ignored were trying to place the order. I am sure they can do way better.

Stopped whilst travelling the coastal way I the afternoon. Staff happy for us to sit in restaurant even though we were not ordering much. Moderate selection of beers on tap (thus lost one star). Would be a good place for lunch or dinner.

First time here. Warm and welcoming staff, who were fantastic all night. The atmosphere felt homely as soon as we walked in. Food was absolutely amazing, would highly recommend to anyone!. The newburgh inn is a little gem of a place with a warm cozy feel.

Great stay for the night! Happy to have found this spot along our roadtrip route. Was a very comfortable stay for the night. My dog and I were very welcomed. The restaurant and bar were great. Super close to the beach as well! I would definitely stay again.

Only ate in the restaurant but the staff were extremely accommodating despite being very busy of our group with a baby and some complex dietary needs. Very friendly and great food. Toilets were very clean and there was plenty of parking. Plus as a bonus it's only a wee walk down to the beach to see the seals which is a great way to walk off your meal.
