"I recently called to place an order and unfortunately encountered a very rude staff member. I regret not getting his name. He mentioned how busy the restaurant was and rushed me through my order. In my experience working in restaurants, it is not acceptable to hurry a paying customer without a valid reason. It was uncalled for when he mentioned having to attend to another customer. If the restaurant is busy, they should consider hiring more staff or prioritizing customer service. This experience has led me to no longer support this establishment. I hope that they improve their service so other customers do not have a similar experience. Despite this, I must say that the food is decent and the lady I spoke to previously was pleasant."

Okay, but bland and not much flavour. Dishes didn’t match what was described on the menu. Did wonder how fresh it all was. Wouldn’t rush back.

Had many excellent take-aways. Our first choice for Chinese take-away. We have eaten many of the dishes on the menu (excluding sea-food) and can say yummy!

The restaurant is fully air conditioned, which is great on a heat wave day. The service was ok. The food quality was good and the portion size were fair. Would visit again. View menu

Normally our go to Chinese Takeaway, decided to eat in tonight. Very comfortable interior, service was ok, food was good. Not much else to say really. Will we go back? Of course.

I am angry and annoyed that I 've been using another Chinese locally instead of Ni Hao. Friends recommended Ni Hao and I didn 't immediately transfer my loyalty to them. Ordered last night and everything was tip top in our opinion. Whilst we are still living in Wembley this will be our go to Chinese. Many thanks to everyone at Ni Hao View menu

Four of us looking for a pre-show meal stumbled upon this establishment. We found a welcoming interior and were greeted and seated by friendly helpful staff who took our drinks order immediately. The menu was a typical one for a asian restaurant and familiar. Our waitress took our order efficiently and it came out of the kitchen quickly too. It was delicious, well cooked and well presented. A very pleasant dinner and really well looked after by our waitress.

I was surprised at how disappointing my experience was at this Chinese takeaway! It was convenient for me, located between the subway and my hotel, and had received some positive reviews. The restaurant appeared to be decent, although it was quite empty around 7pm on a Tuesday. I ordered the Peking ribs, which were tough and overly sweet, and the 'special' fried rice, which was extremely pale and almost resembled boiled rice. It was accompanied by boiled chicken, tiny pieces of char siu, and the smallest prawns I have ever seen. Overall, the dish was almost completely lacking in flavor.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
