"We tried out the new nobus in the building of the former Hotel Intermar in Glücksburg for the first time and were very impressed. Starting with the uncomplicated table reservation via opentable.de, to the nice greeting like old regular customers, placement exactly at the requested table, extremely attentive service, very quick Serving the excellent plate dishes up to the modern and stylish ambience left nothing to be desired. The view of the Sandwiker Bay is sensational, which of course has its price, but you are happy to pay it if everything is right"

Very nice, super nice service and very tasty food. However, already high-priced, for what is on offer in terms of freshness and quality, but justified. It's not a restaurant for every day. The atmosphere and location are great

Super great atmosphere with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a lot of staff, which contributes to the fact that everything seems very relaxed and not so rushed. All of them have their area of responsibility, so it is very structured. Absolutely recommendable!

We really liked the ambience with a direct view of the Flensburg Fjord with the ox islands. The prices are quite high, but everything is self-made for the quality of the food. We didn't like the "dozen" of the younger service staff so much. In our opinion, does not match the ambience of the restaurant. The forgetting of the wine and the comment about the slightly sinewy but very good taste of the entrecôte were "only excused". We would have expected a small schnapps or something similar in the class of restaurants ... All in all, highly recommended

"We visited this restaurant 3 times, trying various menu items in the hopes that we had caught them on an off night or two.The first night we had the pasta. We had the pasta in meat sauce topped with cheese and baked. The sauce was sour and a bit off. The pasta was over-cooked. We also had the Pasta Diablo which was swimming in oil and was also very over-cooked. The diablo part of the dish, the spiciness, was sadly missing. The next night we thought we'd give their meat dishes a try. We had the Schnitzel with fries and the pork medallions with a Gorgonzola sauce. The Schnitzel was not freshly prepared but rather was a convenience product which was deep-fried as were the fries. Still, it was passable. The pork medallions with Gorgonzola sauce were so over-cooked that they were nothing but hard blocks of dry meat. The sauce may have seen Gorgonzola sitting on a shelf but that is about all the taste of Gorgonzola that dish had.The third night was not of our choosing but rather we had to go back to this restaurant as a part of a group meal that had been planned in advance and without us knowing that this would be the restaurant. We were supposed to have the Saltimbocca, thin veal pieces with sage leaves and prosciutto but what came were veal medallions in a sweet sherry sauce. It had nothing to do with Saltimbocca and tasted terrible. On a good note, the meat was not over-cooked. It was served with bowls of pasta and french fries. The pasta was better than our previous experience but still over-cooked.The only reason I've given this restaurant a 2 and not a 1 is that the view of the sea is wonderful. Like one of the reviews here mentioned, having a beer and enjoying the view would be wonderful but to actually eat here, don't bother.By-the-way, even though we didn't have the pizza I titled this review saying the pizza was under-cooked. We would have tried the pizza, that had been our intention but as we came into the restaurant we saw others with pizza and each and everyone looked as if it was under-cooked, bland and no real oven browning at all."
