"We had a fabulous lunch here today. It was our first visit. My husband is coeliac and there was plenty of choice for him. He chose the burger which he said was delicious. I had the lamb shank done in a red wine gravy with mash potatoes. It was the best lamb I’ve ever tasted. The home made key lime pie I had for desert was sublime! All our deserts were home made and lovely. We will definitely be back. I was so impressed with how friendly the waitress was and how fast the service was. Compliments to the chef!"

I want to thank the entire staff for providing a lovely experience on Mother's Day. The food and service at our table were excellent, and we also appreciated the floral gift. Thank you, Hilary McMaster.

A group of friends and I visited the TT for a rugby afternoon. It is just a really nice place to enjoy a good pint and really honest food. Great choice and reasonable prices. Staff are excellent. Sunday lunch/roast is unbeatable. Thanks to Nicky and his crew.

We arrived just before the kitchen was due to close expecting to be disappointed but we were welcomed with open arms. With a selection of basket menu, kids menu and main bistro menu there was plenty to chose for all the family. The choices were made and we were not disappointed. Great presentation, good size portions and most importantly flavoursome and satisfying Couldn’t fault it

Dined here at the weekend, family of four including two children. We haven’t been in a long time. We had a great experience here. I wondered why we run elsewhere when the TT Bistro are serving excellent quality food, fantastic service even though the place was full, also really good value for money and it’s all right here in our doorstep. Won’t be long till we’re back. Thank you TT.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and we were seated downstairs, having the whole place to ourselves. The server was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and fresh - we had oriental chicken as a starter, scampi and chips for my main course, and others in our group had the chicken supreme with plenty of potatoes and vegetables. We finished our meal with lemon meringue. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you.

"We have eaten in Grace Neill many times the food has always been very good and we enjoy the live music. Tonight we booked a table for 4 in the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed lovely starters and main courses. The problem arose when we realised that the table was flooded with water, my husband’s trousers were soaking and my dress could have been rung out. We drew this to the attention of the waitress who went and got the manageress. We suggested that the ice bucket was leaking. The manageress said this was unlikely, held it up in the air and then admitted that it was in deed leaking. She offered me some ‘blue towels’ to dry my dress off and when I declined she offered to take me ‘into the disabled toilet’, which I found rather bizarre and also declined. When the bill came £191) no gesture had been made to compensate for soaking our attire. I took the bill to the girls at the till and asked them to have another look at it, in light of our soaking clothes. The manageress returned to the table, with a new bill, having deducted an amount by way of compensation, for which we were grateful, but then she proceeded to comment that I had been rude to staff. Ironically, we found this comment rather rude in itself and also totally unnecessary. Having admitted that our dining experience was not perhaps 100%, it was rather counter productive to then claim we had been rude. It also further exacerbated our dissatisfaction. A disappointing end to what should have been another lovely meal in our local pub. Perhaps some management training in customer service would be useful."
